FutureGAS is Australia’s only whole-of-industry gas conference and exhibition bringing professionals from the upstream and downstream sectors together under one roof.

The conference and exhibition takes place in Brisbane from the 27-29 March 2012, and incorporates both a commercial conference stream and a technical stream featuring over 40 presenters from Australia, China, Canada, the USA and the United Kingdom.

The two-day event will include a number of relaxed and intimate networking opportunities including the opening cocktail event, gala dinner, Women in Energy: Gas Breakfast, Engineers at the Exhibition drinks and the Foreign Trade Business Lunch hosted by Federal Shadow Minister for Energy and Resources Ian MacFarlane.

The Exhibition Hall features over 50 exhibits from Australia and abroad and is the perfect place to meet with new suppliers, contractors and specialist equipment providers, who are be keen to demonstrate their capabilities and establish business connections.

The 2012 Conference will also see the introduction of the very first FutureGAS awards sponsored by Jemena in the categories of skills development, innovation and person of the year.
