EMM appoints Christy Boyce as Non-Executive Director

EMM Consulting Pty Limited (EMM) announces the appointment of Christy Boyce as Non-Executive Director, effective from July 2023.
Christy is an experienced non-executive director and strategic advisor. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in strategic consulting, Christy brings invaluable client service focus and insight into the evolution within the consulting sector.
She has advised a range of Boards and senior leadership teams on customer-focused strategy and managing disruption domestically and internationally.
After completing her Bachelor of Economics at University of Sydney, Christy commenced her career with leading management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company where she was a Partner.
She subsequently played a key role as an executive in the establishment of the nbn. Christy continued her consulting career at Port Jackson Partners where she was a Director (Senior Partner) working in a range of sectors.
“Christy is an accomplished strategic leader and advisor who has made a very significant contribution to the industry both as an executive and through her involvement with various boards,” said EMM chair Gary Flowers.
Outside of her executive career, Christy has held roles with various boards including with ASX-listed companies Greencross Limited, Monash IVF Group and OneView Healthcare. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of CSR Limited, BAI Australia Vera Living and the SCEGGS Darlinghurst Trust.
Christy holds a Master in Management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
This appointment reflects EMM’s ongoing commitment to maintain Board diversity across skills and experience to navigate the complexities and fast paced changes currently occurring in the environmental advisory and consulting services industry.
