Women-led and owned for-purpose business, Parachute Digital welcomes back Mamta Bhatt and Marnie Fleming as business partners and co-Directors!
Parachute Digital aims to educate and inspire the not-for-profit industry about digital marketing & fundraising so every donor has a wonderful online experience.
After running Parachute Digital for 10 years, founder Shanelle Clapham has done great work for charities but has also at time struggled with the demands of a growing business.
“I don’t want to do it alone anymore. I want to share this experience – and now I have two business partners that I trust and admire,” said Shanelle.
“I’m proud of our reputation of excellence, of the pioneering digital work we’ve done for your charities and the money we’ve helped you raise for your important causes. I’m humbled by so many incredible charities, like yourself, trusting us and choosing us to guide you through the digital landscape.”

“I am a passionate digital marketer and fundraiser. I’ve learnt that I’m a great leader – but I’m not great at everything and this partnership will make Parachute Digital an even better place to work, and partner to non-profits,” said Shanelle.
Shanelle will be taking on a new role as Director of Strategy + Creative.
“After 10 years of being the Chief Digital Consultant, I will no longer be running projects. Instead, I will be working alongside my Digital Consultants, across all projects. I am their mentor and support system – and I’m going to focus on content design and creativity in campaigns.”
“I am so excited for this change. I cannot see a downside – for me and the Parachute team, for our non-profit orgs or for our industry. We are stronger together and the future of Parachute Digital is bright indeed!”
