Not-for-profit sector invited to attend Leadership Symposium free of charge

The symposium will allow attendees to confer over a range of leadership strategies. Global leaders from a diverse range of fields will discuss the latest and most effective approaches to leading teams and organisations.

The symposium will address defining authentic leadership, enhancing organisational performance, enhancing team performance, values-driven transformation, encouraging self-generated ideas from staff; and using the power of connection.

The program is headed by keynote speakers Brett Kirk, AFL Premiership and All Australian player, Sydney Swans Co-Captain; Michael Rennie, Managing Director of McKinsey and Company Australia; and Barry Edwards, former Training Manager for Emirates Airlines and People Development Manager for Sun Microsystems.

Current and budding leaders and managers from the not-for-profit sector can attend Carman White’s Authentic Leadership Symposium in Melbourne free of charge.
