Successful Conflict Management workshop: Sydney

Victoria University and Corrs Chambers Westgarth are granting 20 free places for a one-day workshop on Successful Conflict Management, to be held in Sydney on 13th February 2015.

The workshop will focus on successful conflict management for the not-for-profit sector, as working successfully with Board members, employees, volunteers, donors, suppliers and clients can be challenging and this session will help not-for-profit leaders identify, manage and resolve conflict.

Not-for-profit leaders will also learn how to prepare for difficult conversations through a proven framework that can be used in everyday situations. There will be opportunities to practice conversations and receive feedback in a supportive and fun environment. The overall goal of this workshop is to help individuals be more successful and confident when faced with difficult situations.

Facilitators at the workshop include Di Rachinger, a psychologist and careers specialist with particular interest in people’s growth and development in organisations, and Brooke Young, Vice-President (Marketing & Advancement) at Victoria University and the Chairperson of the Aussie Hands Foundation.
