Sally Moore is the Program Manager for the Early Childhood Intervention Service (ECIS) at MCM. Sally has had a career for over 20 years working in Primary School Education and Early Childhood Intervention in Australia and Hong Kong. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Primary Education and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. Leading her team comprising of allied health and education specialists, Sally provides life changing services to children and their families from birth to 7 years who have a developmental delay or disability. Sally believes these early years are fundamental to setting children up to maximise their potential and foster positive relationships at home and in their communities. Sally has a passion for seeing children thrive and learn new skills. Leading the ECIS team during the move to NDIS has been both a challenging and rewarding time. Sally and the MCM ECIS team have helped reshape the sector whilst continuing to provide high quality services to children and their families. Sally grew up in a small country town in NSW, before moving to Sydney to study. An overseas opportunity to work in an international school led Sally to move to Hong Kong for 3 years, before settling in Melbourne with her family
