Recently, steps have been taken to move to a more collaborative approach between government and not-for-profits (NFPs). One example of this is the National Compact with the Third Sector; a document which sets out how government and NFPs will work together in new ways based on partnership and respect.
With such positive steps being taken, now is the time for a strategic conversation about how to best move forward. This conference aims to facilitate such a dialogue and will do so through a series of presentations from thought-leaders and representatives from those organisations making headway in this area.
This conference is a must for all government or NFP sector representatives interested in fostering collaboration and ultimately delivering effective, citizen-centric services.
By attending, you will learn:
- How to overcome challenges associated with establishing and maintaining partnerships
- Effective models of collaboration
- How to work together with citizens on service design and delivery
- The benefits of the Social Enterprise model – a new form of collaboration.
