WATCH: Third Sector interview with Lucy Perry

Third Sector sat down with Lucy Perry, CEO Sunrise Cambodia, in the lead up to the Third Sector Conference and Expo. 

In the video, Perry chats about the results of the organisation’s recent Rebuild the Brains Trust campaign, as well as why it is important to think differently when communicating with donors.

She also addresses critics of the campaign, as well as what she plans to do next.

“Anything that is pushing the boundaries should [cop criticism] I guess,” said Perry. “We actually got a massive spike in donations right after that [Fairfax article]. You can’t pay for that sort of publicity.”

In the online interview Perry responds to the critics, discusses successful fundraising and gives a small snippet of what she will be discussing at the conference.
