One of Australia’s leading disability services, House with No Steps Group, has welcomed new Chief Financial Officer, Tiffany Roxburgh, on board the organisation.

Andrew Richardson, CEO of the organisation, commended Roxburgh for her values and passion for the organisation, which has been created through a recent merger of House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation.

“Tiffany brings an outstanding mix of skills, passion and experience to this vital leadership role. I’m confident Tiffany will add great value to House with No Steps Group and to the thousands of people with disability we are privileged to support,” said Richardson.

Roxburgh herself said: “as the new CFO, it’s my primary goal to ensure we use our funding to provide the best value services and options for our customers.”

The company has over 100 years of combined experience in providing support and services for people with a disability, their families and carers. The now-merged organisation supports over 5,000 customers throughout NSW, Victoria, Queensland and ACT.

“I am excited by the opportunities presented by the merger, which has further strengthened both organisations, and to work through the changes required by the ongoing rollout of the NDIS,” Roxburgh said.

Roxburgh is a Chartered Accountant with a background in logistics and support solutions in the resources sector and related industries. She has held senior roles at Deloitte and an executive role at Bis Industries, a resource logistics company.

“Everyone who met with and interviewed Tiffany was impressed with by her capability, experience, strong personal values and passion for our work,” Richardson said.

“We are delighted she has chosen to join us at this exciting time of opportunity.”
