Volunteering Australia‘s new Acting CEO has been a member of several boards over the last ten years, including Bushfire Taskforce, Shaping our Territory Working Group and the ACT Ministerial Advisory Council of Ageing.
Harvey brings more than 20 years of information communication technology (ICT) experience to his position as Infoxchange Consulting and ICT Services Manager, including six years as a management consultant. Harvey’s previous roles include working as a Principal Consultant at Nous Group and as Senior e-Health Advisor with the National Prescribing Service.
The Australian Taxation Office‘s Second Commissioner Leeper is currently Deputy Secretary at the Department of Regional Australia. Prior to this, Leeper held senior positions in the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency; the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs; the Department of Human Services; and, Medicare Australia.
Leeper is replacing David Butler who resigned from his position earlier in the year. Leeper will be starting his appointment in early October 2012.
