Global salary survey for NGOs
ORC Worldwide, Birches Group, InsideNGO and People in Aid announced today that LiNGO – Local Salary Surveys for the NGO Community – is open for participation.
The only survey of its kind, LiNGO provides a robust, cost-effective source for the data global non-governmental organizations (NGOs) need in each country to maintain competitive compensation policies and practices that will help attract, retain and motivate the people they need to achieve their missions.
In 2008, LiNGO covered more than 20 countries as prioritized by leading international NGOs and more than 90 organizations participated. Expanding on the success of last year’s effort, and responding to the continued demand for this type of information, the LiNGO collaborators are broadening the scope of the 2009-10 surveys to include up to 140 countries.
