BlueCHP, a not-for-profit Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, is committed to ensuring every Australian citizen can afford and have access to a home.
With this mission statement, BlueCHP wanted to ensure workload efficiency to keep up with its growing customer base and project scale. To guarantee this, BlueCHP partnered with UniPhi in 2023 to support its ongoing developments.
Tasked with overhauling the manual management method BlueCHP had and minimising potential risks this approach could potentially have, UniPhi deployed its software to manage all work and activity. BlueCHP utilised spreadsheets and email chains, which have led to the possibility of running into inconsistencies, version control issues and insufficient visibility. This transition resulted in an overall improvement in accuracy and efficiency, and a smaller chance of running into risks.
“UniPhi software gives us instant visibility across our entire project portfolio, from contract progress to supplier claims,” said BlueCHP Developments Director Glenn Amanonce.
UniPhi used its cloud-based system to help BlueCHP track developments in real time, process invoice approvals and support revenue reporting. Alongside this, UniPhi built a development plan dashboard specifically for BlueCHP’s board to have instant access to every important detail in their projects.
“BlueCHP is proof that not-for-profit housing providers can embrace digital transformation without compromising accountability or control,” said UniPhi Chief Executive Officer Mark Heath. “Transparency leads to innovation, and BlueCHP is a testament to that. We’re incredibly proud to support their mission.”
EMS Solutions assisted in this development as well by helping UniPhi integrate with its BASIX software, a compliance and financial platform that BlueCHP required to ensure it was meeting compliance requirements and efficient data flow between systems.
The transition towards UniPhi’s cloud-based system has resulted in reliable data reporting, increased staff confidence, faster payment processes and clearer tracking, among many other positive outcomes.
“It’s completely changed the way we manage information and make decisions,” Amanonce added.
