Award celebrates the advancement of women in the workplace

The Award seeks to acknowledge and reward a commitment to women’s empowerment. Both men and women over the age of 18 are eligible to enter.

The Award is aimed at celebrating projects in the workplace that lasted more than three months and were designed and implemented for the benefit of women’s advancement and their empowerment in the workplace.

Projects should have positive effects such as reducing gender disparity, promoting equity and enabling women’s advancement in the workplace. Furthermore, the project should produce a demonstrable positive impact on women in the workplace and be well received by the management and women in the workplace.

Individuals can nominate themselves or may be nominated by a third party.
