The Expression of Interest (EOI) for Greater Charitable Foundation’s 2020 funding round is now available to view on their website.
This year’s funding round is expected to take the Foundation’s financial commitment to charitable groups across NSW and South-East Queensland close to the $10 million mark since its establishment in 2011.
Charities that are working to improve the life outcomes of families and communities are encouraged to start working on their Expression of Interest now in readiness for the opening of the 2020 funding round at 9am (AEDT) on Friday 6 March 2020.
Applications then close at 12 midday (noon) Friday 3 April 2020.
Greater Charitable Foundation Chief Executive Officer, Anne Long, said making the Expression of Interest form available early allows charity groups to get a head start on the application process.
“We know how much not-for-profits are stretched for resources and time, often relying on volunteer help to apply for funding programs. As a result, the Expression of Interest funding round form is now available online giving everyone plenty of time to prepare their submission,” said Long. “We want to continue to support charities this year that are working to improve life outcomes and deliver long-lasting change in our communities so invite eligible charities to view the EOI now.”
This year, eligible charities can apply for a minimum grant allocation of $30,000 (available for 12 months) and up to a maximum of $250,000 (allocated across a period of up to three years) for individual projects.
Since its establishment, the Foundation has allocated more than $9 million to 31 charitable organisations, impacting more than 32,000 beneficiaries.
