Advisory and accounting specialists in the not for profit sector HLB Mann Judd is currently surveying the NFP sector on Financial Management and invite CEOs and General Managers to participate.

In early 2021, HLB Mann Judd surveyed leaders in the NFP space on their most important focus areas for their year ahead – strategic planning and financial management were the clear winners.

In May, HLB Mann Judd released the results of their Strategic Leadership survey. More than 100 leaders, including C-suite and board members of charities and membership organisations, were surveyed on their organisation’s outlook on strategic planning. A copy of the report can be found on the HLB Mann Judd website here.

Australasian head of not for profits and audit partner Aidan Smith commented that “Whilst not-for-profit organisations are generally for the greater good, or for the good of their membership, it is still a competitive marketplace, and good financial management is vital for longevity and success in delivering on the organisation’s mission”.

Being able to benchmark your organisation against others in the sector helps you to make both operational and strategic decisions.

HLB Mann Judd is now surveying NFP leaders on Financial Management and invites leaders to participate. The survey should take approximately five minutes and is broken into six core areas:

  • Financial overview
  • Finance team
  • Payroll
  • Technology
  • Fraud
  • Audit

The survey is anonymous, although if you’d like to receive a copy of the findings and recommendations you will need to provide an email address.

The results will be presented in November 2021.
