Deaf Children Australia is a financially sound not-for-profit organisation providing support services for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and their families. It also operates a significant employment agency.

Your brief is to implement the Board’s strategy, which places children and young people at the centre of decision making. This requires leadership and operational management which are aligned to strategic imperatives, in a culture of true community engagement.

You possess proven commercial acumen and a record of success in driving change and building partnerships in the not-for-profit sector. Acknowledging the dynamics of the deaf community and articulating the values of Deaf Children Australia are critical.
