$25,000 in financial grants and mentoring

The City of Melbourne is offering $25,000 in financial grants and mentoring to social enterprises, charities, not-for-profits and other philanthropic organisations with a social purpose.

The grants program aims to encourage the establishment and expansion of social enterprises and micro businesses that enhance the City of Melbourne’s reputation for business vitality, diversity, inclusiveness and community.

Applications will be accepted from both not-for-profit and profit businesses operating in the City of Melbourne that are creating or expanding employment and self-employment opportunities for disadvantaged persons, including indigenous persons, disabled persons, homeless persons, long-term unemployed persons and former refugees.
