To be eligible applicants must be Australian community or not-for-profit organisations who promote social inclusion, opportunities for disengaged youth, access to education or equal employment opportunities.
Each successful applicant will be awarded up to $5,000 on behalf of the ‘yes’ Optus Community Grants Program.
Group Manager of Optus Sponsorship and Community Programs Jann Kohlman said “Optus is committed to giving back to the community and our grants program is one way we can lend a hand to build better Australian communities.”
The Community Grants Program has awarded $400,000 worth of funding to 85 organisations since it was first launched in 2008.
