The independent national not-for-profit that connects young people experiencing homelessness with housing and education welcomes Tracey Burton and Kristy Brittain as new Board Members.
Currently the Chief Executive at Uniting NSW/TAS with an extensive background as a health and community services leader dedicated to excellent client service and employee experience and outcomes, Tracey is known and respected for delivery of growth, service improvement and financial performance.
“I am very pleased with the new appointments to the Foyer Board. Both Tracey and Kristy bring strong industry experience and are highly regarded in their respective fields. With our bold ambition of 50 Foyers by 2030, it’s been important these two appointments complement our existing board to ensure we have the right mix of skills to provide guidance and oversight as we focus on growth,” said Keith Bryant, Foyer Foundation Board Chairman.
Uniting currently has over 10,000 employees and over 1,000 volunteers, serving more than 100,000 people across their services. Annual revenue exceeds $1 billion with services that range from Early Learning and Youth support programs to Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living.
“I’m very excited to be joining the Board at this stage of Foyers’ evolution. It’s proven to work – changing the trajectory of young peoples’ lives and all young people need housing security and support to be equipped to live their best lives,” said Tracey.
