McGrath Foundation names new CEO

Holly Masters has been appointed CEO of breast cancer charity, the McGrath Foundation. Commencing in the position on 16th October, Masters will be responsible for steering the Foundation through its next phase of growth.

Announcing Master’s appointment, Glenn McGrath, Co-Founder and President said, “Holly brings more than 20 years’ senior management and global brand building experience to the Foundation across the retail, beauty, telco and media sectors. She is highly regarded for her pioneering and collaborative leadership style and has an impressive track record driving strong results.”

John Conde, Chairman, welcomed Master’s appointment, “Holly is an exceptional leader and will play a defining role in driving the Foundation’s growth and maintaining its strong brand and reputation. She was the ideal candidate for the role due to her strong business acumen and creativity combined with a natural energy that exemplifies the Foundation’s values.”

Masters joins the McGrath Foundation from Estée Lauder Companies where she held a variety of roles over 12 years including, most recently, Vice President and General Manager of Clinique Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Previously she led the Jo Malone London, La Mer, Clinique and Molton Brown brands in Australia and co-founded the mission 21 marketing and communications agency in London.

Reflecting on her appointment Masters said; “I have long admired the work the McGrath Foundation does to support individuals and families experiencing breast cancer and feel privileged to be given the opportunity to lead the team of inspiring individuals who make such a difference every day to thousands of people across Australia. The impact the McGrath Foundation has had since it began is significant and I look forward to leading the next phase of its growth to meet the needs of all families requiring support in the future.”

Master’s takes the helm from Petra Buchanan.
